Buses depart from the Conference Hotel. Meeting point is the lobby of the conference hotel (InterContinental, 64 Avenue Marceau, 75008 Paris, France).

Welcome Reception at the Eiffel Tower followed by a Gala Dinner in the Gustave Eiffel Reception room. The dress code for the evening is business attire.

Post-Conference Event:
An informal dinner at Restaurant "Le Zyriab", at the Institut du Monde Arabe, located opposite to Notre Dame (1 Rue des Fossés Saint - Bernard, 75005 Paris, France). Meeting point is the restaurant. Additional costs amoint to € 80,00 per person, which are invoiced upon registration.
