EIC & FIEC have blocked for the event a room contingent of 100 Collection Rooms for the night from 16-17 May 2024 at a special room rate of €279 per night for single occupancy (€299 for double occupancy). The negotiated rates include breakfast, VAT as well as the possibility to cancel free of charge until 02 May 2024. The rate excludes City tax of €4.24 per night and room. An upgrade to a Premium Collection Room is available upon request and for a supplement of €20 per room/night.

After 26 February 2024, rooms and rates become subject to availability, and due to the upcoming EU elections in Brussels, hotels may be quickly sold out.
