NABU and EIC have negotiated a special room rate of 265 € for single occupancy (291 € for double occupancy); the rate applies to room reservations between 04 and 08 October 2023. This rate includes breakfast and VAT, and is excluding City Tax and Tourism Fee. In order to benefit from this special rate, please indicate the required nights in the EIC Conference Registration Form to receive the booking link from the Hotel Jakarta reservation department. We recommend you to reserve your room at your earliest convenience and no later than 06 September 2023 as the blocked room contingent will be expire after that date and rooms will become subject to individual pricing and availability. Cancellation free of charge is possible until 06 September 2023. The negotiated rates include breakfast and VAT, it excludes City Tax and Tourism Fee.
